Our feelings are the most variable and the most unreliable part of our makeup. They are mysterious, and inexplicable. You cannot directly create a feeling and then command it at will.Somewhere, sometime, you were a child. Although you don’t remember all the details, the child you once were is still important to you today because it continues to exist within you for good or for ill. It is essential to know that part of yourself. This is where healing begins for a lot of our problems. The world can only offer one to manage whatever is wrong. God can offer us healing from ourselves.We are here to help you recover from damaged emotions, and memories.

Grief / Sorrow
When one of our loved ones dies that is the hardest overcome. In fact we never really overcome Grief. It’s even hard to hold on to life because grief takes over all your emotions. There is no pill that helps grief; however, I do know there is Hope.
Addiction
Addiction is debilitating and can lead to destruction for yourself and your loved ones.
There are no easy fixes but we want to help you live a life with freedom.

Depression is real and it is ok to seek help.
Depression causes conflict within yourself which overflows to others. Depression can make your daily life unmanageable. You may find yourself not being able to concentrate at work; getting out of bed or difficulty in going to sleep; or not being able to enjoy the simple things of life.
As we go through life it is much like a garden, it must be cultivated. Gardening is very therapeutic and good for the soul / spirit of a person. When the garden soil is taken care of, the plants blossom.
When we take care of our heart we too can blossom.
