Discover the History of Our Church

Paramus Bible Church, located in Paramus, New Jersey, was established in 1958. Since the beginning of its long history, it has influenced the community in a positive way. Teaching biblical principles and the gospel of Jesus Christ as our savior is rooted from its first day and still continues to teach the same message of truth.

Its years of service to the community and its rich history continue with new leadership, Pastor Jeff Schmucker. Jeff grew up in a Christian home, watching his father pastor the Paramus Bible for 31 years, and he will now continue to carry the torch. Jeff has a deep desire to reach people of all backgrounds so that they may find a fresh relationship in Jesus Christ. Teaching biblical principles and doctrine is a highlight for Jeff as he brings forth the Word.

With a vision to reach local people, he also has a mindset to reach the world through missions. A biblical mandate from Matthew 28: 19-20 proclaims a message Jesus gave His disciples “Go into all the world and preach the gospel.” Exciting things will be happening in the coming months and years ahead.
